2 for 1?

I had previously ordered the wrong size Wheel Shaft from West Coast Sailing, which I will return. The order included the two required Wheel Shafts. I then ordered the correct size Wheel Shafts from Dynamic Dollies but I only received one Wheel Shaft so I hd to order again. Exactly twice the cost!
