Dynamic Dollies & Racks has been established to manufacture the best dollies and racks for the small-boat owner community. The company manufactures standard dollies, racks and parts but will also build custom made items to satisfy individual needs. The company only uses materials that will last and have been specifically chosen for their durability, resistance to weather and functionality.

Our aim is to make your boating experience more pleasurable by providing a problem-free way of moving your boat in and out of the water and storing it safely when not in use.

Leadership

Dynamic Dollies & Racks is led by General Manager Bobby Martin, who brings together years of operational and financial experience with a lifelong passion for small-boat sailing. Bobby grew up on the water, progressed from youth to college sailing and spent several years early in his career leading community sailing programs in Boston. Before joining Dynamic, Bobby built his professional career in finance and operations at Amazon and PillPack, where he developed a strong foundation in scalable operations and customer-focused execution. He holds an MS in Accounting from UMass Boston and a BS from Boston University.

Today, Bobby shares his love of sailing with his wife and young children. Whether he’s collaborating with dealers, refining operations, or spending time on the water with his family, Bobby leads with authenticity, enthusiasm, and a deep appreciation for the people who make this industry special.
